Once you master how to get this on, it is a wonderful accessory. I latch it into the seat belt, and my dog is safe.

This harness has been great. Our dog still pulls at times but has generally been better behaved since we have started using it. She still has times when she will insist on going another way or chasing a rabbit or squirrel, but the harness makes controlling her much easier on her than before when she only had a collar.

Unable to talk with a customer service rep at Joyride concerning item shipped that was not what was ordered. After many attempts to return item I gave up. And finally so did Joyride as they just finally just cancelled my bill for the one correct item I received. So next time I will order thru Amazon. ,

Hi Danny, Thank you for your feedback. We were trying to work with you. When there is an item that was sent incorrectly we ask for a photo. Then proceed with instructions on how to exchange or return the unwanted item. We did ask you for the photo and you did not respond with a photo.
