This past year has been hands down the most stressful year of my life. I have been through a lot in life but this brought me to my knees. I take another anti depressant a low dose and it just wasn't enough. No matter what I was doing mentally or physically I couldn't pull myself out of the hole of depression. This medication changed it all. I didn't want to go back to yet another pill and exploring more meds. So I gave it a try and can't say enough good things about it. My PTSD gone, my anxiety gone, everything that keeps me up day and night went from a shouting to a whisper to a occasional thought I can let go of in seconds. It allowed me to actually look at my life as I should not as my negativity wants me to.

Joyous has been nothing short of a joyous experience. Their attention to detail, but also broad scope of understanding the medications, dosages, and the bigger picture of why people need this experience is really remarkable. I love this company and would recommend them to anyone!

I can honestly say that my experience with Joyous and ketamine treatments has been a life-changing breakthrough for me. I’ve struggled with agoraphobia, anxiety, depression, and debilitating social anxiety for a long time. While social anxiety is still something I struggle with, it’s becoming easier to navigate, and that alone has been a huge change for me. For the first time in a long time, I feel like I’m actually able to manage my daily life instead of constantly feeling overwhelmed by it. I’m able to get through everyday activities, take better care of my overall well-being, and get into a headspace where I feel comfortable and well again. I have more capacity to be present for my children and keep up with them, rather than feeling like anxiety and depression are taking everything out of me. This treatment hasn’t made every struggle disappear, and I’m still learning how to navigate this new headspace and everything that comes with feeling better. But that’s what makes this such an incredible breakthrough for me. I’m finally able to experience life with more comfort, stability, and hope. Joyous has given me something I wasn’t sure I would ever have again—the feeling that I can actually participate in my own life. It has been truly life-changing, and I’m incredibly grateful for how far I’ve come.

I haven’t experience a relief like this from any other method. My PTSD and depression have really lightened up and I am able to remember the good memories now.

I am about 8-9 months into this treatment—struggling with depression and anxiety— and I noticed an immediate improvement in my overall mental health and outlook on life pretty much within the first week. I have tried all of the SSRI’s, I have tried Microdosing psilocybin, honestly I’ve tried pretty much everything.
