As advertised, inexpensive way to try ketamine
This company is exactly what they say they are. It is a very affordable way to use Ketamine as a supplement to meditation and journaling. Low dose ketamine worked for me for the time that I took it. I would have continued but my psychiatrist suggested it was worth trying a true psychedelic does. I may come back

ketamine and therapy
combining the ketamine with weekly, then bi weekly talk therapy has helped me learn to navigate the "bad neighborhood" that I've always described my mind. for a while I was still feeling poorly, but over the months I learned coping skills, and I enjoyed the effects of the ketamine so much and learned to make use of it in my best way. my sleep improved, I lost weight because my impulse control became better. I drink less, and I feel so much better than I did when I started. I know it's an abrupt end for me, but I'm ready to live my life more capable and in a better headspace than 15 months ago

Helped me a bit
Everything with this program was super simple and straightforward. The medicine helped me for a while but then it didn’t seem to be doing anything anymore. The psychiatric nurse practitioners I saw were friendly and helpful. The check-ins were simple and quick but also thorough. The people at joyous were responsive and I’m glad I signed up. It was not as big of a breakthrough treatment as I had hoped but I am grateful for the progress I made while on it. Also this program is very affordable.

Very affordable and effective
Very affordable and effective. I felt rushed during the clinician visit and there's not too much for support but if you have an idea of where you're going you can do it with them.

Live in the moment
It’s very difficult to articulate how Ketamine helps with depression, but if I had to describe it in the simplest terms I would say it slows everything down in your life. So much of depression is built on living in the past or worrying about the future. Ketamine seems to reset your mind to live more in the present and to stop worrying about things that are out of your control. I also highly recommend you approach it with patience and care. If you don’t take the time to allow it to work with a good mindset, you won’t get anything out if it.
