This company is absolutely horrible as a nurse for 25 years. There is no customer service. There is no to call when trying to reach out to them. They schedule you for appointments when you’re not available they schedule you for nighttime appointments and there’s no one that gets back to you. I am down to four trophies and I have been sending over 18 emails and over 35 text messages and I just keep getting a generic response that states oh sorry it’s taking too long. Someone will get back to you well I could be dead by that time so I recommend that you look elsewhere. This company should not be providing a chemical substance that is considered a narcotic because they are not supporting their patients.

This site is a scam. They never delivered my medication and their customer service is extremely rude and unhelpful. In my consultation I also asked what kind of ketamine they source and they didn’t even understand the difference in the strains of the medication they’re prescribing. Absolute joke of a company - they stole $200 from me! Medication never got delivered, they wouldn’t refill or refund my order. Don’t be a fool like me falling for this stuff, seriously.

Go with your gut. You're here because you're already heard bad things. Well they're true. Unfortunately, the options were limited for me when I decided to get on ketamine therapy so I went with Joyous. Their company is a scam. You may get a good pack here and there, but most of the time there's an issue and it's money wasted. I live in Florida and they refuse to send my medication with a cold pack so there's that added problem in the summer and spring that makes their program even more of a waste. They don't really care about your experience. They just care about the liability on them. Don't let them overcharge you. Don't let them make you pay for a month you didn't get medication. Make sure you sign up with a credit card that you can call and dispute if they do anything shady because they will.

There was a lot of confusion between what the clinician explained to me and what my daily check-in recommendations were for dosage. I decided to cancel due to financial issues and they then told me to throw away my medication even though I had one month left on my subscription that was paid for. They denied me the check-ins at first. Then all of a sudden I got an email saying they would only check in with me once a week and that never happened. But the real problem is that my second order that came of troches, were completely placebo. They were not real at all. I had zero effect from it. I read from other sites and this one that people have experienced the same issue. So I basically paid $129 for fake medicine. If I was rich this wouldn't be an issue because I probably wouldn't care however I'm on SSDI and suffer greatly from depression. I was taking this in desperation for help with my depression and instead all I got was bunk medicine. I'm so disappointed and frustrated.

I've been a Joyous customer for over two years. I just canceled my subscription with them, mainly because I believe they're a shady company, and I don't want to hinge my mental health on a company I can't trust. I've read many complaints of people continuing to be charged after they've canceled their subscription. I've also developed a tolerance to the ketamine, but it did still help a little bit. I just don't like the idea of paying a company that deletes complaints and censors posts in their community forum. I've never posted a complaint there, but I've been banned anyway just from replying to people's posts trying to help them. My posts say "IN REVIEW" next to my username and never end up posting now. I guess they didn't like the things I said trying to help people. Furthermore, the troches can cause soreness in the gums after using them for so long. And being as though ketamine is an anesthetic, it can make you a bit numb physically, on top of the antidepressant effect. It's not fun being physically numb all the time. And I know permanent bladder damage mainly happens to people who abuse it, but it was always in the back of my mind. There are more natural substances like psilocybin that will probably be more available in the future.

I had been happy with Joyous until their negligence forced me and my girlfriend to cancel an entire vacation we both took time off work for. They told me I had no refills, then made me wait until 9/22 for an appointment—only for my provider to confirm I did have a refill and had already approved it on 9/16. Despite me texting and emailing daily, Joyous never responded. A week of silence, lost vacation time, and being left without medication that treats my depression—this isn’t just bad customer service, it’s dangerous. Beware.

TERRIBLE patient experience. They are here to turn and burn, making profit. They have a one size fits all model that just doesn't work for everyone. You have to beg them to send a cancellation form to submit; which they will claim if you had medication shipped in 14 days, they will still charge you the next subscription fee. This equates to paying double for a month in order to cancel. As soon as I see that charge, I'll dispute it with my bank. I am also tempted to file a complaint with the Texas Medical Board due to their irratic prescribing patterns and poor patient care.
