Helpful and even joyous! As a provider myself I appreciate the self directed personalized approach. I don’t need someone dictating a dose or an experience as I am an adult and can take very good care of myself and appreciate the hands off approach to care. Call us if you need us - we will give you support if needed. A bit tough getting super bills - that would be my main complaint. As well as make sure you keep your emails straight if you sign up under one make sure to communicate under the same. Other than that this has been nothing short of miraclulous for ACT based approaches and mindfulness and those struggling with PTSD and racism.

Only treatment that’s worked for me

I have had anxiety all of my life. Even as a child. I didn’t know what it was then. When I was 18, my pediatrician finally realized how bad it was. I have been on something for it since then. Sadly, my doctor moved to be closer to family so I was cut off of my meds. I have PTSD now as well. This led to me being agoraphobic. Once I found Joyous, I was able to leave the house again, to do things I used to enjoy again. I actually am able to work(I had to find a job where I can make my own hours jic I have a bad day but still). I can’t just stand around at a job. My brain goes nuts. I also can’t sit at a desk all day. I have to be constantly moving or nothing when it comes to work. Joyous has allowed me to be able to enjoy my family life more, made me more mindful, etc. even though I know I need another medication(bc of those bad days) I am glad I have joyous. They also have really good customer care. When my bag was stolen at a rest stop? They sent out my meds. I really enjoy talking to the docs bc they don’t ask a bunch of crazy questions, they get straight to the point and it’s easy. It’s hard for me to talk to doctors so I am glad they don’t make me uncomfortable. All in all, it’s a great service, I definitely recommend. If you wanna feel lighter and not so anxious? Give this a try.

Joyous is a company that provides care to assist their client by providing medication assistance as well as encouraging behavioral change through practical questionnaires offered daily for the client to honestly reflect back on the emotions they felt the day before while medically assisted to be able to sit within their dark and begin to balance out with their light.

My experience with Joyous has brought me hope. I finally feel the depression starting to lift.

Feelings of hope and optimism replace despair and grief. I feel real healing happening. Family has noticed the changes too. Depressive episodes are less frequent now and shorter in length. I might be depressed for an hour or two here and there while still able to function. I used to not get out of bed for weeks at a time.

I used to drink a lot and smoke a lot of cannabis. My monthly cost was around $600-$800. I have stopped both the day I started ketamine. I didn’t want anything in the way of my progress. It’s been a little over a month now, and I have absolutely no want or need to go back to either. The recreational drugs are expensive in more than one way. Health, and monetarily.
