Great company. Hard to cancel when you’re finished with treatment.

Joyous provided a treatment option that helped my engage with the process of loss. After finding the appropriate dosage, I was able to slowly move through my grieving process and overcome the accompanying anxiety.

I’ve been microdosing Ketamine since October of 2024. I have treatment resistant major depression, anxiety and C.P.T.S.D. Since October my energy levels have improved. I’m able to be more present with my family. Having to also battle Chronic pain Has also been a challenge. Pain is reduced while I’m taking my dose. It’s been very helpful to do guided meditation, as recommended. I look forward to that chill time. I’m having less intrusive (very bad thoughts), thoughts which is a beautiful thing. I’m glad it’s affordable. My Old monthly I.V infusions were beneficial but Insurance doesn’t cover the $360. Appt. I’ve been able to increase my daily exercises which is a big plus. I want to encourage those who struggle, to have hope Hope is everything . Ketamine is helping me to have hope. I’m doing daily dose reminders and longer monthly check ins. My orders come in time so the Company is doing what it says it does. Didn’t get a 5 Star is probably me, not Ketamine since some days my pain levels are still high which effects everything.

This medication has simply made me happy to be alive. I listen to the music I like more often. I dance by myself. I treat myself better. I am in love with myself all of a sudden. And that can’t be bad. Also, all my troubles ahead don’t seem like frightening mountains anymore, they are simply bumps in the road. Customer service is excellent. Thank you Joyous for making this medicine available to us all.

Joyous has brought calm into my life, as well as allowing me to be less triggered by outside forces. I do not focus on the negative as much and my husband has even noticed the positive impacts it has made in my life.

I'm finding the therapy useful. In one way, I'm able to relax into a state of calm meditation, which I was never able to do before. Then, while in that peaceful state, I can visualize & ponder the qualities I would truly like to have present in my life, such as patience, tranquil feelings, & the ability to analyze thoughts & behaviors without reacting rashly. Also, I've had many memories come through that have long been forgotten, & been able to review my past choices & reasonings, which in turn are permitting me to shape a positive mental foundation to better deal with my interactions in life.

Services and structure of program is very solid, well designed & adaptive to each individual situation & if you commit to making this work for you then it will work well for you. But ya gotta want the change. My only stink is some providers they use are not always on point & in two instances I had a provider who assured me my refill was going in right after our appnt. 7 days later he hadn’t even sent my stuff yet, pharmacy helped me track him down & I had to get readjusted as I was on a stable schedule making good progress. I switched provider and joyous helped me mitigate the issue. Then things were consistent again for a few months until Nov. I had somehow been switched back to that one bad provider. I gave him Benefit of the Doubt & did a follow up again with him. Well this time I ran out again but only went 5 days without due to his tardiness with my Rx refill. Which joyous can’t be blamed for who they bring in via tele health. They do their due diligence when getting these providers. So outside of the minor bump in road, this program saved my life. I lost what happy was. Until joyous.
