Starting this journey was more of a curious thing trying to become less reactive due to always being in fight or flight mode “anxiety” It didn’t happen over night and it took me speaking with the practitioner a couple of times (which is always available to you very easy to get an appointment) and then I started to see it and others that are close to me could see the change. This medicine gives you a pause between hearing something and then responding it’s pretty amazing. I’m not constantly defensive, just take issues in strides. I’m a single momma so for those of you that worry you can’t be present, the effects only last 15/20 minutes which I take for myself either in a bath or outside and do some box breathing or listen to calming music. I’m telling you if you do this and work with the team you will definitely be in a different space than you are today. Also it’s a monthly subscription, so no matter how much medicine you take it’s one fee and one fee only no surprises. For mommas with anxiety this is very helpful for you to be able to show up different for your kids no more losing it (you catch yourself before it happens)
