After trying big pharma anti depressants, I was left feeling blank. And not.myself. got off of those and raw dogged the next 4 years before finding joyous. The treatment has been very helpful especially alongside dialectical behavioral therapy. Mindfulness is key. My vibration is higher these days. This is not a miracle drug, you still have to do the work! Its uncomfortable at first, addressing the root causes of anxiety and depression. 3 months in and I've even stopped smoking weed.
