I was referred to Joyous by my physician who thought it would be helpful for me in dealing with my anxiety and generalized dread. I never could have imagined how much it has. My use of cannabis and alcohol has greatly diminished and I have been able to find new ways of perceiving things and how I would normally have responded to stimulus that would result in increases in cortisol production.
