The refill system needs improvement. When your troche package says (01) refill remaining, it really means you have ZERO remaining. The automated system does not prompt you to schedule a refill appointment until you have no refills remaining, causing you to have a possible lasp in treatment.

I’d been trapped in an abusive relationship for a year and we were talking about getting married and moving to Italy together. She would have had complete control over me, no support from my family, I wouldn’t even be able to make friends because I don’t speak or understand Italian. But she wanted to do it so I had to get on board…I started using ketamine and three months later I was able to reach out to my friends (who I hadn’t talked to or seen in a year) and tell them what was happening and to hold me accountable—I needed to end my relationship. We were living together so I easily could have been pulled back into the cycle but I took my microdose everyday and it helped me remember what I really wanted and NEEDED and I held firm with her. It helped me see her behavior after I broke up with her for what it really was: love bombing, terror of losing control, inability to be alone with herself. Not deep love. Not sincere remorse. Not a genuine desire to change her behavior long-term. It was shameless manipulation. Ketamine set me free. Sometimes it’s hard to get an appointment and the weekly check ins are repetitive and annoying and are sometimes glitchy.

Very good program. Every patient goes at their own pace. Very importantly, it is easy to get help, advice or talk to staff members anytime

This medication changed my life! Everybody should be on this! I was able to talk to God easier and make better decisions about life choices. I just don't like the fact that it's all AI. It's hard to get customer service because you can't call anybody. I'm 43 and I'm leaving good old-fashioned customer service and you don't get that with this company. All in all four stars I'm happy just a pain in the ass if anything hiccups.

Everything goes fine with the texting and answering the questions on a daily basis and keeping up on things only thing I can say I do not like is when they take the money out of the bank before I even say it’s OK that should not be I don’t know if I’m gonna do another month after this month so I wish you guys would fix that not until I give permission to take the money out Other than that it’s been a very good experience so far. Literally lessen my anxiety day one. So yes it is worth it in the beginning. I thought it wasn’t going to be anything but it is definitely worth trying.
