My experience with Joyous has been very positive. Before starting treatment, I struggled a lot with anxiety and depression and sometimes had a difficult time managing my emotions. Since starting Joyous, I’ve noticed a significant difference in how I feel and how I process things. I feel like it has opened up a completely different way of thinking for me. I’m better able to manage my feelings, look at situations from a different perspective, and not become overwhelmed by anxiety or depression the way I used to. I feel better emotionally and mentally, and my overall experience with the treatment has been very beneficial.
