While the product itself is good and has helped me i have very serious concerns about the way the operate as pseudo medical professionals. They will never actually take responsibility for their product and will always defer to your personal provided. If other medications concerning safety. So for example, rather than saying a combination of drugs is ok or not, they deferred to the prescribing physician of my other psych meds about the safety of the interaction with ketamine treatment. He obviously refused to since he’s not prescribing the ketamine. The people at joyous are. They refused to provide or deny clearance. Also they flip flop on whether product should be stored in a cool dry place yet state it’s perfectly fine that the product sat for 5 days in extreme heat warehouse conditions and likely melted. Which is it? Store in cool dry required or not. Lastly you will never have any visibility as to whom you’re texting with and you will NEVER actually speak with a human being other than the initial intake by a “physician”

I've been using them for about a year off and on (they're expensive but also one of the best ways to get low-dose ketamine treatment, which has actually changed my life, so I'll give 2 stars for that reason). I just restarted recently and had to see a provider twice to get a prescription, then I paid, and two weeks later, still no prescription or any contact from them, so I mesaaged them and told them it hadn't come yet. They said I have to see a provider to get a rx, so I saw one a third time, and it turns out there was a problem with approving the meds because of the dose, which is frustrating that they didn't follow up on that without me messaging them, but whatever. I tried to contact them about getting a refund for the past 2-3 weeks of paying for nothing, and they're straight up ignoring me. Horrible customer service. It's scamming if you're making me pay for something and then not providing that service.

It's time to quit this drug-centered therapy... I do not want to continue, I believe it may be doing more harm than good. Please don't make this cancellation complicated, I have my reasons for termination, more complicated than I am able, nor do I think it is necessary to try to communicate to you.

They make it extremely difficult to speak to someone if you need to within 48 hours and very confusing where to go for help. It’s been one week since I requested to talk to a person. You get charged monthly regardless if you speak to someone or not. I don’t feel supported. I feel like I’m on any other quick subscription service that’s impossible to stop.

The site is not forthright about who is eligible for treatment. After going through the application, questionnaire, consents, and RN appointment, they can and will reject you for taking legitimate medications. They do not share ahead of time or on their website that you will disqualified or even that there could be a problem. Not a nice thing to get depressed people's hopes up and then shoot them down.

Edit Nobody has reached out to me!!!!! this company is a scam they selling controlled substance and provided little to no support on a medical level. There customer services is ignorant and useless. .. I suggest you get ahold of me before I file complaints with bbb jod and consumer protection. Honestly these people cause more stress then I had before I started. Low dosage ket help me get through a tough time filled with anxiety and depression. Doctor was very nice and helpful in the process, however my biggest issue would that my hsa card was declined , I was given misinformation told it was on my card. After many calls to my he’s account office the said it was not there doing. Finally I was told the card reader no longer would read hsa cards, but would be fixed in a couple months. Then December and now I’m still being to it’s being fixed, it’s been 6 months. I asked to speak to a supervisor multiple times and I’m ignored. They do have a good price for their service it’s the only reason I didn’t leave 6!’months ago

Did not work for me and if the nausea side affects weren’t bad enough, the vile taste alone is enough to make you want to vomit. I couldn’t finish half the pack of these. I do not recommend at all.

Weird company. You will get 6+ texts about an appointment and like 3 emails. They lie to your face and tell you you're a great candidate for treatment and then when you never hear from them again and follow up, they tell you you were denied. It would have been nice to get some feedback in real time. It felt very fake because of this. I'd already heard a lot of things about the quality being inconsistent and basically getting what you pay for (it's the cheapest option for a reason), but as the experience was also not the greatest, I can't say I'm impressed. I will say I didn't have any issues with the care coordinators. They were nice.
