They really dont care about helping you… Be careful!
They really dont care about helping you - oh, sure, helping is a bonus to them since they can charge you and you can't do anything if they don't deliver, are late with refills, etc. In a year of treatment, I have had more than half of my refills get delayed for up to 10 days - this has happened at least 4 times. This time is really bad, the refill was 3 weeks late. When they refilled it, USPS seemed to lose the package. Jouous refused to help or ship another refill and insisted that I must wait for the refill. Add the 11 days since the shipped my refill to the 3 weeks and I have been without medication for a month, so far. Of course, they were happy to charge me the full amount for March, even though I dont have - and will not geet a refill in March. Bring this up to them and they don't care - in fact, they get annoyed when I ask or "complain" about the refill issues. Do the math on the late refills for my treatment and I have paid for almost 3 months of treatment and I didnt have any medication. So they charge like clockwork - but they dont deliver like clockwork.
