I have a night that I can take it at 10:00 p.m. every night and relax, meditate, and let go of everything in the day. Then I go through what I'm grateful for! It's amazing at calming you down your mind just is clearer. The next day after taking it, is peaceful for the better part of the day. Is amazing, I would recommend it to anyone that has been through trauma or been through any medical, or mental event.
