I'm a retired therapist
I'm a retired therapist. I've struggled with mood disorders probably since I was 7. Worse after age 16 when my sister died in an auto accident. I had been driving. I was sexually assaulted in the Army. So I've struggled through the years, always skimming bye, yet feeling empty or emotional pain. Yet I always knew walking through it was the only way. My Psychiatrist and I talked about psychedelic micro dosing mushrooms and Ketamine. We went with Ketamine. Since I've been on it I've been feeling a little peace within. I feel less confused and more in thought. I'm able to Conquer something that earlier, would've brought me to tears. When I was working and seeing patients I was able to manage by putting off putting off and putting up on a shelf. Not realizing it led to a poor way to live. Joyous simply gave me some peace of mind. And I'm so very thankful. Joyous was their for me during my mother's hospice and death. I so appreciate the support given to me.
