Joyous (and low dose ketamine) have been a huge positive change in my life. I'm a psychotherapist AND have also been in therapy for a long long time. Classic 'talk therapy' has been effective for both myself and my clients but I found there were certain issues that kept 'bumping up' on blocks. Ketamine helped me break through blockages that have frustrated me for years. I'm very happy to have found ketamine and Joyous has been a complete blessing! I've felt supported and assisted every step of the way!

I have spent the majority of my life managing medication resistant depression. Since about 12 years old to now (almost 40). I have tried many different types of antidepressants, only to have minimal relief at best. Joyous has been a game changer. I have actual moments of contentment that I haven’t experienced since I was a child. I find myself laughing more often and being more patient with my AuDHD son. I continue to meet with my therapist that I’ve had for years. I also put a concerted effort into mindfulness and using the tools I’ve learned through cognitive behavioral therapy. I’ve seen reviews that aren’t so great but I really think you get out of it what you put in. Adding Joyous to my mental health toolbox has been invaluable. I wish low dose ketamine was more widely known because it’s the only thing that has made a significant impact on my depression and anxiety. There is hope out there!

Joyous low dose Ketamine treatment has worked wonders for me where traditional meds have not. I have severe depression, anxiety and migraines. Traditional meds only worked about 50% of the time. I learned that Ketamine help rebuild/heal receptors in the brain that are wore from prolonged depression and life traumas. I've been using low dose ketamine for almost a year and my family/coworkers notice the difference in my emotional health. The Joyous doctors listened to me and helped find the right dose. A+++
