Being on Joyous has drastically improved my quality of life. Before starting Joyous, I was really struggling to find any enjoyment or peace in life. I was so irritable and lacked energy or motivation to do anything with my kids. I was always crabby and stressed out, but would then feel so much guilt and feel like I was a bad mom because I just couldn't pull myself together. Since being on Joyous, when I start to ruminate and worry, I am now able to redirect those negative thoughts or just shut them down completely. I am able see and focus more on what's actually important, to shift my perspective and see the positive instead of all the negative. My kids think that I'm fun again and enjoy spending time with me now. My quality of sleep has improved and I no longer wake up still exhausted and dreading the day. My provider is attentive and encouraging. The couple times I have had to reach out regarding an issue, I have received a prompt response. The treatment was very helpful and I was able to avoid taking psych medication. I was able to process through a very difficult season of life when my husband had an affair.
