This option for treatment was a literal lifesaver for me. I particularly appreciate that this was a temporary option to reset, and is a resource for future needs. The check-in’s and how attentive the team was helped this treatment go smoothly.

It's no overstatement to say that over the last year, my participation worth joyous treatment has been life changing. I was experiencing pervasive anxiety and irritability with significant symptoms of depression. It has been a process, but improvement began with the first treatment. Now I find myself recognizing stressors early and not having the same reactions. My breathing stays even and I don't get worked up. My irritability has gone to near zero. I skip days of treatment and I'm still ina good place. I'm so glad I did this treatment. Worth every penny.

I had done in office ketamine treatment previously and it helped with my depression immensely. However, I had to get someone to take me and pick me up and the intensity of the drug experience felt too much. I tried at home moderate dose and that also made me feel nauseous and shaky afterwards. The Joyous dosage was 1/20th the moderate dose, but taken every evening. I could tolerate the minimal side effects. My anxiety and depression have greatly improved. I am now going to take a break to see how long this lasts.

I have struggled with my mental health since I was a child and was told I was treatment resistant in my 30s. My journey with joyous allowed me to finally be to practice meditation and mindfulness activities that I could never focus on before. I learned how to give myself real grace and acceptance, to be more present, to develop a comfort level with not knowing how various things in my life may work out, and to appreciate my brain. I also very much enjoyed the education courses on neuroscience/neuroplasticity and creating new neural pathways. I still have my mental health issues but they are not impacting my life as much, as I have actually been able to use the tools/skills needed to cope with and combat my symptoms. And most importantly to stop and have fun! Enjoy life when I can!
