Customer service is terrible.
I'm a social worker and it is not okay to treat patients this way. The customer service is terrible. You can't send a message to your provider between visits. They gatekeep scheduling by only sending out a link when THEY decide you need a visit and you can only schedule for the day of or the next day with that link. You cannot schedule a visit in advance. All replies via text are scripted, even the ones that claim to be from an "RN". They will ignore questions you ask via text message entirely. I had an issue with my most recent refill, jumped through all of the hoops, and they finally let me have a visit with my provider. I explained the situation, and the provider assured me they would replace my pack. It's been 9 days since that visit, and they are refusing to honor what my provider said. Now I feel like the provider just said whatever to be able to end the visit which took all of 3 minutes. I've been with Joyous almost a year and a half. Right after my visit with my Joyous provider, they sent me a text and asked me for a discharge letter from another clinic I was seen at 3 years ago to ensure I'm not getting Ketamine from 2 providers at the same time, even though there is a registry they can check for that. I feel that I'm being labeled a "seeker" just because I brought up a valid issue with my treatment. They have ignored all questions I asked regarding this. If there is an issue like this one, it should be discussed between the patient and the provider, instead of swept under the rug and ignored. They don't care about the mental wellbeing of their patients, they just want the $$$. *Update 4/30/2025- They replied here on trust pilot just to save face and act like they addressed my concerns. In reality, not a single thing has been done to resolve this issue. No one has reached out to me to even TRY to help. They asked for a reference number here on trust pilot. It's actually hilarious because I have gotten zero response to my messages, so how do they expect me to get a reference number when I can't get ANY reply at all from Joyous? It's almost as if they didn't read my review at all and replied with a scripted response.... *Update* 5/4/2025- Absolute silence from trust pilot and every other means of communication since I first filed a case on 4/10/2025. *Final Update* 5/6/2025- There was no resolution. They ignored messages and lied several times until it was time for my next refill anyway and now they are stating it's been "resolved and closed." That is a horrible way to treat a patient.
