I have been taking antidepressants for 26 years now and tried all types of antidepressants like sertraline, buspirone, trazodone, valproic acid etc... and finally this had a significant improvement on my mental health for the first month of treatment. The video calls with the care team were easy to schedule and very convenient. I don't have to be physically p present to an appointment which saves me time. After 7.4 months of treatment I think I feel better to finally stop my subscription.

I appreciated the opportunity to try microdosing. I found the medical professional meetings to be helpful and for the most part, the Joyous team is responsive. I had to watch when deliveries came because my postperson routinely noted it was "left with a person" when it was only placed in my mailbox. Not a joyous issues. I only tried for 3 months, which was enough for me. I'm glad this opportunity is available.

This treatment process was the best and most effective for my anxiety and depression which used to be a big control in my life and even more in my lack of communication, I have now grown and become even better at being able to speak my mind and go further with my own opinions! This was also great due to past trauma i was quite treatment resistant but this truly helped me feel and handle what I thought was too big for me to ever face. Thank you Joyous!!!

Excellent treatment and team!

I've been working with the wonderfully helpful people at Joyous for a while and just started back up. The doctor seemed very well informed and was comfortable for me to zoom chat with (I normally do not use the phone unless an emergency). Starting back up this month was a great decision. I'm already feeling like there's a little change in my depression and other issues, but It's been a short time at a low dose. I know that over time I will feel even better and will be at a higher but totally safe dose. That's another great thing, it's very safe. So then there's less anxiety which makes life easier for me. I hope to continue getting help for Joyous and would definitely recommend it to anyone considering Ketamine therapy.

When I first started treatment, my life and mental health were in a terrible place. I felt like I was on the verge of a nervous breakdown all the time, and had had more than a few embarrassing, uncontrollable public meltdowns. I spent over a year with different doctors trying different medications that weren't helping. I was really just about at the end of my rope. I've struggled with depression and anxiety my whole life, but none of my usual methods were helping, and life kept throwing more at me. I'm so glad I found you guys and took the risk on an "alternative" option. I honestly don't think I'd still be here nearly a year later if I hadn't. I really feel like you guys saved my life, and I'm so grateful! Now I think I'm in a much better place and I'm at least feeling strong enough to give it a go on my own. Knowing you guys are there should things go back to a bad place gives me the confidence to try! Thanks for everything. My only real complaint is you need an updated website and an app! Just in case this review is public, I wanted to also share my experience with pausing my subscription and cancelling my subscription, as I've done both. First off, trying to find it on your current website is difficult, and I agree with other users on that. However, it took me about 10 seconds to find that info on your FAQs. Also, whenever I've had a hard time finding info on the website, a quick text to the care team has solved that. (Any time I've had an issue, the care team is immediately responsive). When money was especially tight around Christmas, I was able to pause my subscription without issue. In fact, my payment had not gone through and I paused it a few days AFTER my payment was due. So if there were ever any issues with their system continually trying to draw payment after a subscription was paused or cancelled, they have been fixed. In fact, I've had a few financial bumps this past year and not only has Joyous worked with me EVERY time allowing late payment, and has offered financial assistance on a few occasions. I believe legally they can't ship your medication until payment is received, but I don't know many companies who are willing to ship you their product before you pay them, either. I've always gotten the impression they cared more about my well-being than their pockets. There was once an issue with me running out of medication because of an issue with the doctors appointment. It was fairly early in my treatment and let's just stay it didn't go well for me. They went well out of their way to ensure I never ran out again, including early shipping! My overall experience was a life changing, positive one. I owe a lot to Joyous, and should things get difficult for me mentally in the future (which I know they will at some point), I already know where my first stop will be - Joyous! I only wish I had found them sooner!

Joyous has been great from start to finish. From shipping to daily check-ins I couldn’t have been happier. The treatment helped me get into a deeper experience with mediation and being in moment.
