First time buyer, made a mistake on one of the options. The manufacturer noticed it seemed odd and sent me an email explaining what that choice would mean and if thats what I really wanted, which it was not. For someone to take the time and do that speaks volumes when they could have just sent what was ordered and been right to do so. I will be a returning customer for sure. Shout out to Mint for her help as well, very kind and helpful person.

I ordered my doll on the 14th of sept and it arrived on the 19th of Oct. The doll was exactly as I ordered with the exception of 2 missing free items that customer service sent to me when I contacted them. E-mail has been fairly prompt to answer my questions. I do wish that tracking info would not be sent to the buyer until the item has actually left the facility.

The product was a very good quality & mostly pleasant to use however its weight was inconvenient & just a hassle to deal with.

Lots of good choices, free upgrades, easy checkout.
