The product came faster than I expected. Although the shipping wasn’t updated until the day before I got it, I also had two separate shipments which wasn’t explained, but not that big a deal. The moaning feature was a little cringe for me, because it sounded very robotic in a Chinese accent. My only regret is adding the moaning feature. Otherwise, she is very lifelike and unlike anything I’ve ever seen before. I’ve enjoyed her a lot so far.

Your site has a good selection with a lot of options for each. However I don't feel it is very user friendly. You have a promotion running that has several free upgrades and free accessories but they are not automatically applied. Most options have a description at the selection that states the free upgrade. All of them have a place to select the free one except the free second head. The only options are no thanks and buy one. Even though it states a free second one is included making the consumer believe it is a free duplicate head. The fact is you have to select to buy one and then look for one listed at zero dollars. This makes me feel like I just bought something from a used car salesman. Every other site has separate selection categories for the second free head with the option to purchase more in its own category.

Thank you for the feedback you have provided Eric. We do not automatically apply free options because we never know if customers need them or not. Not all customers take the free options. Also customers also select a different head. It says Buy because there are also silicone heads and for these the sale does not apply. We have changed it to "Get Free Head" Thank you again for the feedback you have provided us.

Process was fast and easy. LOTS of options. Fast delivery. My only issue was I did order (and pay for) pubic hair and she arrived without any. But there were a lot of extras so I can't really complain. Overall, a great experience.

We greatly appreciate your feedback and sorry to hear your order did not have the pubic hair you ordered. In future, if there are any issues, please send a mail as soon as the package is received so we can look into it and assist you accordingly. Thank you again.

No conformation on 2nd order, did you receive it? Is it going to ship anytime soon?
