I took a chance and it payed off. I ordered the doll and got it literally 3 weeks later. Super fast. The doll came in initially without the head, but I had contacted thier customer service and my issue was resolved in 72 hours. They sent the rest of my order pluss more and it delivered 7 days later . I'm extremely impressed at how well they've fixed the issue they even threw in some accessories for my troubles. Thank you.

Just how I ordered it! There was some delays but they told me about them and sent some extra treats with it! Saw a lot of people say they had a hard time dealing with customer support but they were quick and kind to me, would definitely order from again!

I am not entirely sure which purchase this review is for but I have not been disappointed in anything I have bought from this company. I gave a review for my initial purchase which was flawless and so I think is the additional head I purchased later and that has been excellent as well although I haven't had to contact customer service for assistance this time around. The products I have purchased have all been high quality and exactly as I hoped they would be.

The website is easy to navigate and the images are of a good quality and accurate to what the product will look like. Support for the product is good, with plenty of accessories available for a person's needs.

I have been debating on purchasing a doll. I made my decision when everything went on sale and I was able to purchase everything and more of what I wanted. It was a very easy experience. The hardest part was which doll I wanted to purchase.
