Don’t mess up you order
No returns if you order wrong and you open the box your out of luck not recommended

We shared your order details with you by email to ensure full transparency. Regarding returns, our policy is in place for hygiene and safety reasons and applies once a doll has been opened or used. We truly value you as our customer.

Great experience...
What a fantastic experience I've had buying from this company. Hats off to customer service especially Rachelle. Everytime i had an issue or concern she went above and beyond. Little things to look out for though. The dolls do get grubby very quickly so i have used non fragrance wet towelette to delicately remove the worst of what sticks to her skin. And boy is she heavy!!! It's great to snuggle in but getting her to position is one big task sometimes.. Also i was very pleased with what WMdolls included. I had two wigs which get tangled if you don't handle them carefully. I had a vagina warming rod which brings a whole new experience to using her. I had a new outfit too which was a little big but that's no problem. Also they included some plimsolls so she'd stand up a little more securely. Can you tell I'm happy. Thank-you very much

Horrible customer service
Horrible customer service. My dolls had implanted hair that was falling out like it was going through chemo and they did nothing about it.

We did reply to your email on the 27th of October, letting you know that the factory had requested photos of the hair falling out so they could review the issue and assist accordingly, but we didn’t receive a response after that.

Sexdoll without head
I ordered a sex doll that was supposed to be in stock in the EU. I received a similar body without a head and without certification, deformed in places and in a damaged box.

Decepción máxima
Decepción máxima. Tres meses esperando una solución y habéis acabado con mi paciencia. Se desentendeis totalmente de mi problema. La única respuesta reiterativa que me dais es que lo estáis estudiando. Basura de empresa estáis echa. Me tratáis como si fuera un tonto. El sentimiento de impotencia y de haber sido estafado lo sentiré bastante tiempo. Habéis conseguido que nunca más compre algún producto de éste tipo y que me lo piense bien a la hora de comprar con alguna empresa china.
