Decent company, can't return dolls unused
Unfortunately you can't return your doll despite having never used it and was sent the wrong parts. They did however help by refunding partially and sending the right head.
Response from JLD - Joy Love Dolls™Sep 18, 2025
We appreciate your feedback and are glad we could assist by sending the correct head and providing a partial refund. For hygiene and safety reasons, returns aren’t possible once a doll has been shipped, even if unused. We understand this can be disappointing, but we always do our best to resolve any issues quickly, as we did in your case. Thank you for sharing your experience.

The company,,JLD
The company,,JLD - Dolls™ Joy Love Did not fulfill its obligations arising from the contractual relationship, and in addition, they robbed me of the payment for the deposit for the doll. I do not recommend this company to anyone

We take feedback seriously, but it is important that reviews reflect accurate information. Your statement is incorrect. A full refund was processed for your order, and at no point were you “robbed” of any payment. Prior to your cancellation, we reached out to you directly to clarify the add-ons that were selected but had not been charged when the order was placed. This was communicated openly and transparently. While we respect your right to share your experience, posting misleading information can create unnecessary confusion for other customers. We kindly ask that reviews remain truthful so that they reflect the reality of our service.

JLD is the real deal
After reading some forums and checking out some youtube vids about companion dolls. I felt certain that I was not dealing with a scam site which was a concern to me! It made me more comfortable with spending this amount of money online. I selected a WM doll.
