JLD - Joy Love Dolls™Reviews of joylovedolls.com

I received exactly what I ordered in the time frame estimated and couldn't be happier with the service. They did a great job!

My doll was ordered with a heating system which I got double billed for from SE Dolls. 4 weeks for delivery and no heating system. COLD

Read and look at my order 14075, and at my latest e-mail plus attachment.

Arrived fairly quick looks, looks great.

So far I'm a bit worried. Ordered a custom doll on 12/21/23. Paid over $3,300 for it. After reading the reviews it seemed a safe bet. I got an email on 1/12 telling me that my order shipped and got a tracking number. The tracking information to date is that FedEx has not received the package from JLD. I have tried contacting customer service with no response yet. I am wondering if I will actually receive my purchase at this point.

Will never shop with them ever again!!

First experience purchasing love dolls. Bought two due to how beautiful they looked. Prices were extremely competitive when compared to other shops. I definitely believe I received a really great deal. Joy Love Doll's customer rep, was extremely patient and helpful through the process, answering my questions and helping make certain changes to my order with confirmation from the factory. My two packages had only not just everything I placed from my order but even extra freebies such as extra wigs plus other doll accessories thay wasn't on my order list. Definitely wonderful surprises. Overall, absolutely wonderful experience and would love to do business again if I ever decide I can handle more dolls in my new family ^_^

Easy purchase
