Great product looks just like the advertisement down to the details, it’s just really but for the quality nothing beats it!

As described...
Shipment was tough because it needed a signature and the box was cheap but remained in tact...different language writing all over it... but product was exactly as advertised. Tougher to use as a 6'2 215 pound kinda tall guy but the thing is awesome lol.

Everything
Everything. No one communicated with me to get this order right. I wanted to make this doll look and feel as real as possible, but I got a doll baled. I wanted one with hair not a wig, and the doll is very heavy and not flexible at all. I will be using it as a coat rack as it looks nothing like the one advertised. If you have a phone number then use it. Call your customers back, and do not ignore them. You are only using E-mail and I wanted a phone call to make sure my order was corrected, but it was all wrong. I waited over a month for this doll to be all wrong. This experience sucked, and I will never buy again.

This is a bad company
This is a bad company, untrustworthy. No customer service. No way to contact them. I don't understand how someone said they have great customer service. How did he get a hold of them?

Hi Kris Conrad, we are sorry you feel that way. We have replied to all the emails you sent including the one you asked about US stock. In another separate email you mentioned you had placed an order and asked where it was. We replied to that email as well asking for more details like a screenshot of the transaction in question as your name and email address had no order in our system tied to it. This was on the 7th of February. After these emails you sent another email asking about making payment using Discover card. We replied letting you know that we do not accept Discover cards as a credit card payment at this stage, but you can create a Paypal account where you can add the Discover Card as a payment option and pay the order with the Paypal option. All the emails you have sent we have replied to.

Great quality doll
Great quality doll Joints are a bit stiffer than I'd like, should have opted for standing feet.

Dimensions all wrong
Skeleton of doll does not bend in correct or natural ways. One leg is larger than the other, making standing impossible. Is very stiff, and doesn't move without great effort.

Please note that the doll comes with standing feet and the default skeleton is not too loose. If it is too loose for a long time, problems will easily occur. I ordered my doll on February 5th and…
I ordered my doll on February 5th and it has now been 25 days. it is currently February 26th and I haven’t gotten any updates and they won’t respond to my email or my call, I understand Chinese new year slowed things down and I don’t mind the wait I just don’t like that I haven’t received any updates after such a large investment.
