Customer support doesn't reply anymore even though they said they wanna contact the factory. I placed the order on January 3rd, they say the order is ready but it doesn't get shipped, even though 20 days have passed. I don't know if this is just a scam or if there is actually some sort of mistake happening in the factory but when the customer support doesn't even seem to try to help me then I just can't give a good review. I hope they figure out what is going on, they should really work on their customer support and the way they handle things.

I placed 2 orderes and never received them. I got no help and no refund. This is a complete scam do not purchase from this company. I wish i could give no star.

I ordered a doll from the site because it was fairly inexpensive, $1,090 plus foreign service charges (I guess they use a service in Europe or something like that). The doll was from their US Warehouse so I wasn't able to customize it which was fine. JLD gave me email and text updates on shipping, which took roughly 4 days to pack and ship and 3 days to ship from California to Texas. It arrived very well packed. Not damaged and arrived as photographed on the website. I did not try contacting them via phone or email so I won't comment on that. The downside, and this is on me, is that the metal skeleton made the doll way heavier than I anticipated. It was a struggle just to get it on a bed or even to stand up. The knee joints were crazy flexible so even a little bit of wait would make the knees bed, causing the doll to almost fall on me as a I tried to move it. Long story short: Joy Love Dolls is not a scam site. The products are real and they do a great job securing the doll to keep it save while shipped. Buyer beware: do not buy these on impulse. Do your research and understand what you're getting into. JLD did a great job and they are not to blame for me not fully enjoying something I bought out of curiosity.

I order a doll and was very excites to receive it. I ordered it with several additional functions included. When I received the doll I was very excited with it but first noticed that the clothes and the skin color were not correct. I then looked through the box and also found it was missing the cleaning kit that came with it. I decided to go ahead and test it out as I thought these would be minor fixes. I decided to set her up. In doing so I noticed the warming wound had a very short cord no more than a foot and so did the charger for the sucking function. I let that chard over night and decided to give it a test the next day. After over 8 hr and several attempts it never turned on. I was very disappointed I then decided to reach out and request a refund. When doing so the company told me to try charging it longer. More than 8hr? They said it should only be 2. Which I replied then it is broken and requested my money back for that and the other items that did not come with my doll. They then told me that I needed to provide a video to them showing them that it did not work. I tried several times but said the video was to big to send. It only being 14 seconds. I then told them that was an issue and to act on good faith as I spent a fair amount on the product for something not to work. They then circled back around and to me to send a video. At this point I was extremely up set but ask for a solution to my problem. They gave me 3, all of them telling me to spend more money to fix it or to send a video. St this point I figured they were not listening and did not care about me as a customer and seem one that spent a good chunk of change on there product just for them to cop out and not help and send me the same B.S. I was willing to settle on the loss of the color if the skin, clothes, and cleaning product but once they decide not to address the issuse at hand and kept side stepping the issues it became relevant that they did not want to help solve a problem. I would not by from this company again and if you receive a product from them that dose not work I suggest you sne it back and ask for a full refund and go to the next company.
