My husband bought me two gorgeous dresses from Joyfolie. However when I decided to purchase a dress from them myself on May 9th during their Mother's day sale. Unfortuantely it did not fit me. I have been corresponding with the customer service. You are allowed 30 days with tags on the dress in order to return the item. Because I am 2 days from the 30 day return they will not permit me to return this purchase!!! This was NOT a Joyful experience and I will never purchase from this company again.

Just to clarify, our return policy requires that returned items be received within 30 days of the purchase date, not simply that the return request be submitted within that timeframe. Your order was placed on May 8, meaning the return window closed on June 7. When you contacted us on June 5, we explained via email that, based on standard shipping transit times, the return would not arrive within the required return window. We always make every effort to ensure that our policies are complete, clearly stated, and readily available on our website so customers can review them before making a purchase. We also explained these policy details during our email correspondence. While your case was under review, we worked to see if an exception could be made. In fact, the day before this review was posted, we obtained approval for a one-time exception to allow your return as requested. We reached out to let you know this good news, but unfortunately, we did not receive a response before this review was submitted. We also want to emphasize that our team remained actively engaged throughout the process to ensure you were not left without options. We value every customer experience and always strive to provide assistance wherever we can within our policies. In this case, we went beyond our standard policy by obtaining a one-time exception in an effort to help resolve your concern. We sincerely hope this additional context reflects our commitment to supporting our customers, even in situations where a request falls outside our standard policy. I have made several purchases. I have found some amazing fits and different designs. I can't count the number of times I get a compliment on the dress I am wearing. I have never had any issues with the website or exchanges. I appreciate being able to try something on and then exchanging for another size. Most of the time I opt for and exchange instead of a refund because I love the clothes. The only time I did not keep an item was because the chest fit was too small. Cant do much about that.

Buyer beware. I ordered a pair of boots to wear with my wedding dress. When I got them in, they were too large so I requested to exchange them for a smaller size. They issued me a return label and gave me ‘a week’ window to return them in. The last day of the return window was on a Saturday, which is when I planned to send them because I had a busy work week. That morning I got an email saying they would no longer accept the return because I had not returned them inside the window. I had to request another label in order to send them back. Once they received my return, they sent me an email with a picture of the bottom of the boots saying that I had worn the boots. I did not wear the boots except to try them on and walk around long enough to decide they were too big. I literally took maybe 10 steps wearing them in the room I tried them on in. While they honored the return this time, I will not be purchasing from them again as I would prefer to avoid having to go through this situation with them again. It was an incredible hassle to get the return completed and do not understand the purpose of accusing me of wearing boots that I obviously did not wear out. After reading other reviews here for this company I’m convinced that my choice to not buy anything else from their site is a smart one. Very poor customer service.
