We're sorry to hear that you remain disappointed with your experience. We have already addressed your concerns directly via email and provided a detailed explanation of our store credit policy. We understand that you have a different interpretation of the laws you referenced. However, based on the applicable legal framework, including the guidance surrounding 12 CFR § 1005.20, we believe our policy complies with the laws that apply to our business. We would not implement or maintain a policy that we believe violates applicable federal or state regulations. Although your store credit had already expired approximately 8 months ago, we reviewed your case once more and, as a gesture of goodwill, offered a one-time courtesy exception by temporarily reinstating your store credit so you would have another opportunity to use it. Since extending that exception, we have not received any further response from you via email regarding the offer. We recognize that we may not agree on the interpretation of the applicable law, but we remain committed to applying our policies consistently and treating every customer fairly. We appreciate your feedback and the opportunity to review your concerns.
