Me gusta mucho “Joyas de China”, tienen cosas lindas, a buen precio y buena calidad. He completado dos compras con ellos y estoy muy satisfecha. Recomendados, gracias.

I was very disappointed since i was so excited with my items and i was missing alot of them and the one i was really looking forward to. Not only dis I get missing items but also ordered more and I was notified and assured by Ella which was a helpful with my questions but also on my next order i was informed that I will be missing items. I really want to keep purchasing from your website but this is horrible already 2 times back to back. I am still pending my shipment with items lets see what else goes wrong.

Hi Maria We are sorry for the troubles We just launched a new ERP system to manage out stock syncing with our factory and warehouses, since we have over 10+ factories around greater china area, it's a long way to distribute our ERP system over all our factoies and warehouses. but we have already lowed our stockout rate to less than 1% throught the sytem Please contact our customer service, we will slove all your problems Have a nice day
