SCAMMERS! Run away! I ordered some keychains at 9:37pm. They what’s app messaged me at 2:30am saying all of the 65 keychains I ordered are out of stock and they wanted to replace it with something else. When I woke up I said no, just refund me. They’re refusing and saying after 3 hours, it’s a 30% cancellation fee. I told them I’d call my credit card company and dispute, but they don’t care. They just keep saying after 3 hours it’s a 30% cancellation fee even though they don’t have the product. My guess is they don’t even have products to sell and just fraudulently charge people. My credit card company is great, but I’m very irritated by this.

I had a diamond bracelet as a gift bought in a Barcelona store which has fallen off my wrist due to a faulty clasp, i I reported to their customer service and had no reply or at least apologies. I do not recommend shopping at their store!

I have been waiting for them to correct my issue since April and still nothing I never asked for a refund I asked for the items that I purchased. Is this a real company?

This wholesaler is the worst. There site and pricing is misleading and they forgot several items in my order and have refused to give me a refund for months now. If you are considering this company run the other way. There communication is horrible as well.

Taking to long to credit your $ when not receiving the merch. Only credit the amount of merch but not the shipping. Need to remind them Abt the credit of shipping which I'm still waiting. Been more than 2 weeks
