Wait time is too long
In all fairness, the company was getting ready to go on vacation when I placed my order so I had to wait for them to return for the order to get processed, but it's been 10 days since they returned to work and still, my order was not processed. In addition, I have ordered from this company at least 4 or 5 times in the past, and processing time has always been an issue. It sometimes takes 3 weeks to process a $200 order. The company offers good products for resale businesses at fair prices so if you are patient, you may like this company just fine. For me, it's just too long of a processing time since I use sea ship to get my products, adding another 30 days to receive my order. Regular shipping is sky-high with this company. In the reply you will see they have indicated my order was already filled and shipped but this is not the case because only a small part of my order was shipped and I've not heard anything else about the rest as of 3/7/24

Dear, I'm truly sorry for any inconvenience caused. We have carefully reviewed your order. Due to the Spring Festival holiday, which ended on February 20th, our warehouse has been extremely busy. Following the order sequence, your order wasn't shipped until February 29th. Fortunately, that's all behind us now. The warehouse has managed to process all the backlogged orders from the Spring Festival. We will strive to do better!
