I got nothing my ordered was canceled
Response from JoyasdechinaAug 3, 2022
Hey Jessica your order was cancelled because we dont send under 20 pieces, that was posted on the web when you made the payment, if you want I can send you photos of where it is, we apologize if this has caused you problems, but if you want to buy more than 20 pieces with us, you will be very welcome. Thanks again

I will never recommend this company to any small business. They were told my order was not the one I believed to have placed in the cart, they sent me a theme I would never purchase…a molecule mimicking Covid or some other disease. I brought it to their attention and they treated me so poorly. I’ll forever PASS!

Hey Jehricca, My name is Jorge, i have texted you on WhatsApp about what we did receive when you made this purchase, also you should have a list of what you purchased when you made this payment, and it is very evident that what we have sent coincides with what you have paid, so I don't know what the problem was, maybe you made a mistake when adding the pieces.

I liked the jewelry a lot, some looked way different than the picture to be honest. But everything I received so far came out really nice, can’t wait to receive the rest of my purchases. Thanks so much!

My items came in about 2 weeks, exactly as described! If you’re skeptical about buying from this company don’t be. I was skeptical at first but I decided to give it a try. They are a legitimate company & now one of my trustable vendors!

Majority of the items I ordered came in smaller than the picture, or they were missing. I was contacted for a gift card instead of a refund, I got my refund. It's an okay vendor if you don't have any.
Response from JoyasdechinaAug 3, 2022
Hi Trajanae When you made the payment for this order we have sent you an email explaining that all wholesale companies like us have more or less a probability that things are missing from your order, and for these cases we have asked you in advance for your opinion to know What to do when something is missing, in this case we have not received a response from you, so we have taken the option of sending as soon as possible and returning on a gift card from the web since it is the option most chosen by our customers, we apologize if this decision has caused you problems. Thank you so much for your review.
