This is a total scam. I used a Groupon. They charged me a $30 "consultation" fee. They denied me due to my BMI (which could have easily been a precursor to the evaluation) then only credited me $10 back. Because $19.99 of the "consult" is non-refundable. I know that my BMI qualifies because prior to this I have been prescribed the same medication by my doctor. I went this route because it was going to be cheaper since I no longer have insurance. STAY AWAY FROM THE SCAM.

In three months I lost almost $1,500…
In three months I lost almost $1,500 and didn't lose any weight!!! The medicine came with a missing dose and customer service was no help at all and even sent me an email disagreeing with what I was saying so they were thinking I was lying about missing a dose really??!!
I only lost 5 pounds in 3 months but since I'm going to the gym and dieting so I should have lost more weight with the medication right, so nothing changed I had the same result as before just going to the gym and dieting.
If I'm only going to lose 5 pounds in 3 months, there's no reason to waste that much money.
I can lose 5 pounds in 3 months just by walking in the morning or going to the gym don't need spend $499 per month.
There were times when I thought I was taking a placebo instead of the real medicine i really don't know what to think because it had no effect on me, no change at all!!!
But that left me with $1,500 less in my bank account.
I will cancel my subscription and save my money.
I'm very disappointed :(

I feel like today is a “yes day” because I spoke to Diamond and she answered my three questions. She also told me what to expect on my second order and before I even hung up the phone, I already got email confirmations! I like this company because they have someone like Diamond to answer the phone and give me the information I need to make a decision.

Bogus physicians…
I gave this company a shot because although my own dr prescribed me semaglutide I could not afford to fill it due to my insurance not covering weight loss medications. The first excuse their physician gave for denying approval was I'm diabetic. I provided documentation where my endo tried to prescribe it herself and then they changed their reasoning to my BMI I guess wasn't high enough. My BMI is a 33 at the very least. FDA states a BMI of 27 is sufficient along with other weight related diseases so I meet the criteria for approval. Just another gimmick clearly.

I received my three month supply…
I received my three month supply promptly but have been unable to contact my "doctor" despite a stated promise of an email response within 48 business hours. A week has gone by with no response. I have also emailed customer service with no response. When I click on the link on their app to contact customer service nothing happens. I tried using three different browsers. It’s like there is no one running the place! This is unacceptable and potentially dangerous when you are trying a new drug.
