This place is a scam. They hacked my Facebook page and started sending out “sponsored” ads FROM MY PAGE as if I was the one sending them out. I have reported them to the better business bureau, Facebook, Instagram, and they are STILL running ads from my hacked page! They are a SCAM!

Customer service was amazing, interacting with the Dr., equally as easy. I found the product arrived quickly, and had great instructions for use.

I bought a Groupon deal for their Tirzepatide program, this deal included one month of medication. The first month went well, the medication worked. They charged $499 on my credit card as expected. The doctor then upped my dose and sent the prescription to the pharmacy, this happened on Sep 27, it is now Oct 6. I still do not have my medication and do not have any left over from the first month. I contacted WEightCare and Hallandale Pharmacy via email, neither have responded to me three days later. I am now going to suffer the side effects of going cold turkey. This is the worst medical experience imaginable. This is a NIGHTMARE.

I don’t understand the “scam” reviews. I lost 37 lbs. on prescription Ozempic. Then ins stopped paying. I could not afford $1,000 plus a month so joined WeightCare. Customer service, shipping, product were all perfect. I did stop losing but never regained weight (and I always do) while I was on the medication from them. When I cancelled (to try a different med) they replied within an hour and cancelled as I requested. Go for it.

I would have given zero stars however it was not available. By far the worse company in my experience when it comes to communication. For the price of the medication VS. the service I received I would not recommend this company. They have not responded to any of my messages including the message to NEVER renew my subscription hence no one replied or responded to any of my concerns.

I signed up with this company on September 13, 2023. I’ve been approved by the doctor and I still have NOT received the medication promised. I have sent and numerous emails asking what the problem/delay is and all they tell me is that they will “contact the pharmacy.” Truly POOR service. I am cancelling my subscription TODAY. Stay away from WEight Care. 😣

My first two months went smoothly. Suddenly, they charged my credit card 300.00 6 days ago, but I did not receive my medication. They are not answering my emails, except to say a generic you will receive a FedEx tracking number soon. I have been told that for six days now. In the past, they sent my FedEx tracking and charged my account. No one is answering the phones either. Leave a message. That's it, no customer service.
