Love this company! I have been a member for about 3 years now (think I was one of the early members), and it keeps getting better. I initially used it for Hermes and David Yurman bracelets (which they have an amazing selection of) to mix and match with my outfits. Now that they have the select option, I use it for expensive handbags - LOVING my Chanel purse! The items are amazing, but also the customer service is top notch. I have had a few issues (rarely), and they have always responded right away and been very helpful. The only downside (not really a downside), is that I love some of the pieces so much that I end up buying them!

Joined for only 2 months to check it out & for upcoming trips that included a black tie wedding in Manhattan. Overall I was disappointed & will cancel my membership. On the pro side there no issues with shipping at all. On the con side: very limited sizing in rings, any handbag I liked was never available. No jewelry items or evening clutches to compliment my gown for the wedding even if I upgraded to the select tier. Ended up renting jewelry from Trejours. For my lifestyle (retired) & what complimented my wardrobe there just wasn’t the availability to justify a membership. For the 2 months it was fun to have some different jewelry items to try. I would do a limited membership again only if items were available at the time I was ready to rent for a trip. They need to offer more large ring sizes, much more availability with handbags.

I signed up for the Core 1 membership as a surprise for my girlfriend. The order arrived in a few days and she was pretty excited about it. Switch has a great selection. Sophie Ratner and Do Not Disturb are nice choices for fine jewelry and they have a lot of classic pieces too from what we’ve seen so far. Returns are easy by FedEx since I’m the one shipping back returns most of the time 😂. Looking forward to upgrading to Select in the future. Switch seems to have a lot of unique handbags that will be great for date night.

Very happy to be a Switch member. Luxury accessories keep going in price and are hard to get (I love them though lol). So trying out Switch was an easy decision and because it’s monthly I didn’t feel like it was commitment. I was so happy and pleasantly surprised by the value and quality of the items. I quickly upgraded to an Annual plan and shortly upgrade to Select once I was admitted. Best best best decision. I feel so smart haha. Love being member!!!!

This subscription has been such a cool & glamorous experience. I joined and rented a real Chanel handbag, in only 2 days I got it home! My first month I made 5 exchanges, honestly having this service makes my whole look so much better and it's so affordable. My second month I rented a Gucci bag I liked so much I just kept it the whole month, now i'm planning my summer travel wardrobe and this is going to be such an asset. Definitely recommend, such a fashion hack
