Lol some of the negative reviews are laughable. People giving it a rating without even trying it. Well, here’s my ACTUAL experience: My sign up process was super easy. I signed up for Core, was loving it. Got to try out 4 Bags and 2 bracelets and 2 earrings. Then after a few weeks, signed up for the waitlist for Select. I was excited to try Select after getting a feel for the membership with Core, and I didn’t wait too long to get off the waitlist. It felt like only a few days but maybe because I was a member it was faster. Select was such an incredible upgrade from Core! Yes, it’s pricier but the type of bags are truly luxury. I am loving the experience from A-Z and I'm seeing myself hold onto my bags for a lot longer. The availability is nice and I learned when to look at the site (they say Monday afternoons and Wednesday afternoons have the best selection). The quality of the bag is really good, and you can tell they spend a lot of time with upkeep. Shipping speed exceeded my expectation and customer service speed was amazing. I’m into sustainable fashion, vintage and just an overall value-hunter so this has been a huge win for me. Definitely recommend it if you’re into luxury brands. It’s just such a good way to add to your closet.

Such trash. I signed up for their premium tier - one select, three core. All of the items looked like I fished them out of a thrift shop. They were smelly, dirty, worn down. Best part is that if you want to buy them they quote inflated, store prices. I’m sending all of the items back unused. Don’t waste your money or time on this service.

DO NOT buy from this company. I paid in full for a yearly membership, received my first bag that was in poor condition, and you cannot get another bag until you send back the other. So if one comes on that you like it’s already taken by the time you send it in. They are desperate!! I tried to cancel after a week as the service did not fulfill on their end but they said no refunds as paying yearly gets you off the waiting list. If you are that popular replace me with someone on the “waiting list” and have me pay full price for the month. Use Rebag. Way better company.

I joined, was charged my membership plus an additional $300 I was not I formed of beforehand. Nothing I wanted was available, literally not a single piece. I sent an email requesting my membership be canceled and received a response stating my account had been flagged and they couldn't accept me. Whatever helps them sleep at night. Either way, it's a pass. The retail markup is laughable.

If I could give them a 0, I would! I recently joined, they took my fees & before I could get anything they canceled my membership! I received an email stating their payment software flagged my account for evaluation & decided to decline my membership! I've had a membership with Vivrelle for quite sometime so I guess I'll stick with the better company! I DO NOT RECOMMEND SWITCH AT ALL! Horrible company!

I have really liked the jewelry and handbags that I have borrowed, but I am wondering g about the authenticity. I borrowed 3 Van Cleef necklaces over time and none of them had the authentic stamp on the clasp. Just makes me uneasy.

This company is selective on who they choose as a member which in my opinion is non-inclusive, they use an excuse as their third party company flagged me which makes no sense because there is not any issues with my payment methods!! They never would give me a good explanation. Seems a bit discriminatory if you ask me. Don’t bother with this company!
