Joined 6 months ago. What it’s doing well: the available items are terrific. The style of the bags and jewelry and the quality are amazing. It’s actually high-end stuff and you can tell they go through great care. The notification system works well. The shipping is fast. Customer service is top notch. What they can do better: they need more stuff haha but everytime there’s low availability they bring in a lot of stuff. I also realized the best times to find things are Monday and Wednesday afternoons. I also wish they had a Select plan where I can order two Select items. Overall I’ve been very happy and look forward to trying the new things!

I found Switch through an IG ad. I subscribe to a lot of different fashion rentals and Switch has blown me away. The value is just amazing. I have already rented a Chanel and Gucci bag. I loved the bags. Got tons of compliments. Quality is great too. Also have to give some love to the customer service.

AVOID AVOID AVOID! I rented a Chanel bag for weddings and for some upcoming events I had. The purse got stolen from my checked bag while traveling and despite providing police reports, claims with the airline, etc., Switch offers no insurance. None. So you get stuck paying the total cost which is SO not worth it.. especially considering the "retail price" that they advertise is around $1,000 higher than if you were to just buy the bag yourself. So if you randomly get robbed while having the bag, if you accidentally lose it, anything like that, you get stuck paying $5k for a bag you wore maybe twice. The bag was also so worn down, scratches on the zippers, strings from the stitching popping out... such a scam. Appalled that a company that allows people to rent designer jewelry and clothing wouldn't offer ANY kind of protection to its customers... such a joke.
