I would have given you a 5star but your driver was late to pick us up.

Papa's is absoluetly wonderful. I learned about it through the facility where my parents live in Miami. Both of my parents suffer from dementia. My father is in a rehab facility due to a fractured hip so we had to find a way to ensure my mother got to visit him daily. At first this was very overwhelming as I live in Colorado. Papa has put my mind at ease. We receive daily text reminders and have received calls if the ride is running late. They come in to get my mother and walk her to my fathers room. This personal touch is amazing. Papa has also arranged for the same person to pick her up to transport her to my father and the same person to transport her home. I would like to make a personal shout out to Patricia (1:00 driver) and Amanda (4:00 driver). They both go the extra mile treating my mother with kindness, dignity and comfort. I am grateful to them and to Papa.

Difficult if not impossible to reach on weekends or to get a response if you request help by email in less than 24 hours. They don't always receive or respond to voicemail messages. I have asked for help and had no one respond twice or had someone show up without directly confirming with me first. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I made an appointment for help with Windows 10, I was told my appointment was with Samatha and I would get a phone confirmation within 24 to 48 hours. I never received a confirmation call and called the day before. I was on hold for 25 minutes and they said they couldn’t confirm it or reach Samantha. Appointment canceled. I rebooked an appointment with someone else for 10 AMAnd that 10:40 AM I received a phone call from person that was supposed to be at my home at 10 AM that she was having car trouble since 6 AM and could be there in an hour. No thank you she called me back and said she could come for free I said no thank you. I stupidly booked another appointment and the person just never showed up but confirm the night before. I spent a lot of time on the phone mostly on hold and back-and-forth and was told that someone could come to my Home at 2 o’clock and was proficient in windows 10. The person arrived at 1:15 not 2 o’clock which didn’t allow me any time to have lunch. Sit down at my computer and she has no idea what she’s doing. She start opening files and going places on my computer that I don’t want her to go. She met said she doesn’t know what she’s doing but she can look up on YouTube anything that we need to go over. I ask her to leave and she doesn’t so I called the company and the company says I will not be charge for this visit I was also promised a phone call the next day by a supervisor to confirm an another appointment no phone call ever came. I want to get this service from someone that use them to go grocery shopping they had a wonderful experience the first time and the second time the person had a broken hand job dangerously and was unable to help with the groceries.I Jerked around, spent a good amt of time on the phone and use up a lot of energy.I I asked somebody how to speak into on the phone if this is typical of the company and they said they do have some issues to iron out. I am surprised they still have their business license actually maybe they don’t.

Excellent experience with driver for 8:00 a m trip. Afternoon/11:00 a m pick-up - problem with vehicle accommodation. Office staff are very professional and caring.

I’ve only used your service 2x but both times the person who was supposed to pick me up didn’t. Your company had to get someone last minute each time to take me. The first time they didn’t stay with me so I would be assured of a ride after I received a shot in my eye. And the second time a very nice lady picked me up and stayed with me but her car smelled heavily of weed. I don’t wish to get her in trouble but I definitely don’t want to be caught in a car with someone who might have illegal drugs in their possession. I will think hard about using your service again. Thank you.
