Everything is fantastic

The service from Papa Pal was really very good. They came on time to pick me up and brought me to the Dr.'s office on time. The driver came inside and gave her ID to the Dr's office to ensure the service was professional. I had requested Papa service because I needed someone to come inside the office and pick me up after a procedure where I had to have anesthesia. The driver was very friendly and I would recommend the Papa service.

Was coming completely dissatisfied with whole experience - lack of follow through & professionalism from administrative staff. Have made several requests to speak with a supervisor about issues including poor communication from Papa & pal assigned to my mother. Pls have a manager contact me ASAP. I also insist on being refunded my $20 fee for interviewing potential papa pal who was completely inappropriate for my mother.
