PapaReviews of joinpapa.com

I honestly signed up for this app thinking it wasn't gonna work where I live because usually apps like this just work in big cities. But I was wrong, This app is magnificent!! The flexibility is outstanding, You choose your hours you choose the client, You have a choice on the chores you're gonna be helping them out withIf you'll be driving them. All those options had me blown away and then I saw the icing on the cake when I was paid with bonuses!

The Papa members are sweet and engaging.

The people I help.

I love working for Papa Pal as I love being able to help people with needs. I love the fast and easy way you pay with direct deposit. Bonuses make you want to help even more. I have also had the opportunity to meet some wonderful people! Love my job!!

Very helpful i enjoed it just helping makes me feel great as a person

enjoyed helping with light household chores. Communication was good throughout the visit. I was able to complete the tasks requested. I enjoyed providing companionship and making the member feel comfortable. The visit went well, but there is always room for improvement.

As an independent contractor I found the app very easy to use scheduling clients is very easy and completing your jobs is very simple there's really nothing to it get out there and earn some money!

TRUTH - You have to open a ticket to get reimbursed for mileage every stinkin time. If you don’t answer, or your client doesn’t, they close the ticket and if you’re not alreday frustrated enough, you have to open another ticket. They also mess up your hours, then you have to wait several days to get anyone to look at it. It took 19 days on this last mess up and my information has been verified multiple times already. They can CLEARLY SEE where you are, yet, can’t seem to pay what is owed. The app itself, is trash and is unreliable. Closed visits still show as available and you have to close and reopen to get it to work and or call to get them to clock you in. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND. The clients are lovely, but Papa does them a great disservice by treating their people this way.
