I had wanted the Papa pal to call and confirm with my father prior to arrival, but I don’t think she did. She was a few min late, but I can understand how traffic may have been a factor. I love the idea of this service and I’d like my father to use the service again sometime.

Papa was a godsend when my elderly relative needed assistance with a medical appointment. A friendly associate guided me through joining, making an appointment and getting the process efficiently handled. The services were provided flawlessly and my relative was pleased. Further interactions with Papa have been the same: quick, efficient, friendly and professional.

I used the ride service because I do not have a car and no one to help me out. I was very pleased with this service and the girl that was sent was very helpful. Now if I can get signed up for the cleaning and anything else I need. I'm disabled as nd to have someone to do my cleaning would be very helpful.

I request a service to take me to the Doctor. office...Upon arrival I paid the driver 25.00...and told Her She could leave and I will call back when I was ready to come back home. She decided to stay...and I told Her this may take some time, She never told me that there could be and extra payment for Her to stay over. To my knowledge I have paid for the ride.....Then She left the place at around 10.20 or so I can not pin-point the time....So when I came out from the doctor office, She was there with a different out-fit than when She picked me up...So that means She left the place went somewhere and changed clothes.....So at the time, I invited her for lunch....(when You come out of been sedated , Your brain is not functioning properly) and upon arrival to my building I paid Her 30.00 dollars...That for me was normal procedure based on prior trips from the same provider.... Now all of a sudden I received a bill for 173.00....Does not show the money I paid before, does not show the time the driver was out (changing cloth).. and I end out been charge around 230.00 (counting the 55.00 I paid in cash) dollars in total for a visit to a doctor. office...worse They charge my account without my permission...So if this is normal procedure for a respected company, I don't want to think what other companies will do to Their customers...Hope that some one pays attention to this case...and stop this kind of behave....and accordingly They fix the charge to what it should be......

Kathy was spectacular. Being a person with PTSD, I was delighted to see her help me with managing my doctor appointments with expertise. When I did not understand what the receptionist was instructing me, Kathy understood it all and help me understand it too. She was professional and friendly. She drives safely and knows how to get around the city. She is outstanding. I would recommend your service to others. Hoping your company will expand to many other insurance companies.
