I was really hoping for a great experience based on the ads and reviews I saw, and it could have just been that I was paired up with an NP that really didn't care to learn about me and my symptoms, she was late to the visit and seemed annoyed that she had to meet with me. She didn't want to run any bloodwork or look into my past labs, she just wanted to push injection meds. And then to top it off, their website claims that you only pay your co-pay, but I received a bill after insurance that was 8 times what my in-office visit would be for a doctor. I do not recommend Midi, save yourself hundreds of dollars. I wish I would have done more research before booking an appointment.

The whole goal of the call seemed to be to write me an Rx for HRT. No lab work ordered. Just straight to HRT within 5 minutes. No other options offered.

I can’t recommend Bridgette Hess enough! From our first visit, she made me feel completely heard and supported. She has a wonderful way of explaining all health topics in a way that’s easy to understand, and she never makes me feel rushed. It’s so refreshing to have a practitioner who is both highly knowledgeable and genuinely warm and kind. Wow, what an easy great experience! My doctor is amazing and so sweet. Listens to my concerns and discusses them. She does not rush through my appointment and make sure that I don’t have any questions or concerns at the end of each visit.

I have spent the last few years trying to find a provider that would “listen” to me and be open to discussing HRT to no avail. That was until I found MIDI! Now after my first visit, I feel like I was heard, my concerns were addressed, and I feel like I have hope for some answers! My clinician was kind, caring and attentive but also honest with what my potential risk factors are. We had an open and honest discussion, which is actually what I’ve been looking for. I am so happy that I finally made that appointment so I could get the care I need and will be recommending MIDI to everyone I know!!!

As a perimenopausal woman, I have been to so many providers who did not really hear me or may not have been trained in Perimenopause/menopause treatment. The moment I connected with the provider at MIDI, I felt seen and heard. She listened and asked thoughtful questions. She helped create a treatment plan that was the best for me, my medical history and what was currently going on with so much empathy. I am so grateful. I 100% recommend midi for anyone also in this phase of life.

My clinician Jessica Lomheim was very intelligent, caring, and easy to connect with. She made sure to take the time to make me feel understood and didn't dismiss my experience based on my age, as past providers have. I felt like I was going to tear up after our appointment because I was so grateful to finally have a process and a provider who respected my time and experience.

I have an AMAZING NP! Although this is primarily online, you can feel the care and concern about your issues as they are discussed. The responses to emails is very timely. Meeting minutes are completely detailed and well written! The care is shown for women going through menopause and it is felt and expressed we are important and our issues matter.
