My clinician said "HRT only treats night sweats and hot flashes. You *might* get relief for the other symptoms, but it's not guaranteed." Well, wtf am I doing here? I don't have those symptoms. I have weight gain and brain fog and all the other symptoms of menopause. The cancer risk and other discomforts of HRT are not worth it. Feels like a bait and switch.
