I've been with Midi for over three years now and it has changed my life. To finally find a clinician who takes the time to listen to me and takes my concerns seriously is incredible. I recommend this company to anyone who wonders if the challenges of menopause are all in your head. They are not! Find the right partner to help you and you won't believe the difference in will make in your quality of life.

This was a good place to start my perimenopause treatment but not good for long term. They only offer certain forms of medication and you have to get them from their pharmacies. Billing department is a mess, I was charged over $100 for a 15 minute appointment and my practitioner was on a walking treadmill the entire visit. If you don’t fit into a certain box on treatment, this will not work for you. I luckily found an alternative provider and my treatment is night and day. I’m feeling so much better now since switching from midi.

I am so glad I found Midi! Going from an OBGYN, who’s solution was to increase my birth control & ignored all my issues, to a clinician the specializes in menopause was life changing! She listens to my every concern, asks questions & gives me different options/suggestions. By the end of each appointment, I leave with solid plan and sense of relief. Anytime I reached out needing anything or had a question, she is super fast getting back to me. I can’t say enough about Midi health!

After completing a questionnaire about medical history I was able to get an appointment within the next day. During telehealth appointment with the NP , she reviewed my health history and symptoms. She explained some of the changes in my body that I am experiencing. She got me on an HRT plan that we agreed on and sent scripts that were filled by evening. I am extremely relieved and thankful to have found MIDI!

I've already recommended this to two people and it hasn't even been a week since my first appointment. I felt heard that my prediabetic values were worth paying attention to and that 60 pounds in 10 years was not ok to ignore. I was given all my options and given recommendations without pressure therefore I was able to make good decisions for my care that will work for me and quick follow ups in case something isn't working. They were straight forward with side effects and pitfalls, but also what might work really well.

My clinician always listens to my concerns about any medical issues and she has guided me during our telehealth visits, providing me good options and strategies for obtaining my health goals. She always responds quickly whenever I have additional questions in the portal. Overall excellent experience!
