Ghosted after first appointment
Ghosted after first appointment! I was really hoping it would go differently but had my speculations. Should have trusted my gut. She ordered a $1500 blood test (that I obviously can not afford) and when I notified her and asked what to do next…. Nothing. It’s been over a week. All I wanted was to get on HRT. Instead I’m out $250 and have been completely ignored. I will not be using them any further.

Life saver
Midi has been a life saver and i mean that in the most literal way. After listening to my symptoms my provider started me on HRT. She didnt need blood work to know I needed help. After a few months we got the dose jist where it needs to be and my whole life has changed for the better. The only problem left was the perimenopausel weight gain. So then my provider started me on a smeaglutide. Wow! I'm really starting to feel and look like myself. Im actually looking forward to the future! Thank you Emily and Midi!

MIDI understands menopause and peri menopause
I have been using MIDI for almost a year now. They understand women's needs in menopause and don't brush off symptoms as part of aging and something we must endure. Easy to get appointments and they answer messages and put in your medications so quickly. And the follow up is the key. They make sure what has been prescribed is working for you. I have recommended them to many friends and we all feel they have been life changing.

I had such a wonderful experience with…
I had such a wonderful experience with my provider at Midi Health. After struggling with so many perimenopause symptoms, it was incredibly validating to finally feel heard and understood. She never made me feel like my symptoms were “all in my head.” Instead, she listened with compassion and reassured me that what I was experiencing was real.
She was warm, caring, and even shared a bit of her own journey, which made me feel even more comfortable and less alone. I especially appreciated that she never pressured me into additional testing that I wasn’t comfortable with. She gave me her professional medical opinion, explained her recommendations clearly, and then respected my decision without any pressure. That meant so much to me.
She also took the time to thoroughly explain why she was prescribing a particular treatment so I felt informed and confident in the plan. When we found out my insurance wouldn’t cover it, she was more than happy to adjust the prescription and even scheduled a follow-up appointment right away so it wasn’t one more thing I had to remember.
It’s rare to find a provider who is both knowledgeable and genuinely compassionate. I would highly recommend my provider and Midi Health to anyone navigating perimenopause or menopause. Feeling heard, respected, and supported makes all the difference.

I will not be a returning client to…
I will not be a returning client to Midi Health. I met with a provider for my initial appointment. I explained how awful I had been feeling, anxious, and confused. The provider listened to my concerns and then advised me to see my primary care doctor so they can run labs. Meanwhile, before the appointment, I submitted all personal information, including my local pharmacy and nearest lab. Why I did this is beyond me since the provider did not order any labs for me, only insisted my pcp order them. I left the appointment feeling disappointed and right back to where I started in the first place. When I reached out to customer support, Maggie, the customer support specialist, replied to my concerns saying that my care appointment had been reviewed and deemed appropriate. As a result, they cannot reimburse me for my appointment; however, she offered another complimentary visit with another provider. I immediately declined. If the first appointment was “reviewed” and deemed adequate by Midi Health, I know Midi Health is absolutely not for me. It seems Midi Health sets the bar very low when it comes to quality care. I found another telehealth provider and could not be happier. Look around. Midi Health is pushed on social media by these influencers for a reason. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I learned more about menopause during…
I learned more about menopause during my visit. No gynecologist ever gave me this much information. I was very pleased with my zoom visit

Initial appoinment great the rest full of disappointment
My initial appointment we great. I was diagnosed with perimenopause (that I've been fighting for over the last 6 years). I got a prescription for .0375mg Estradiol Patch and .35mg Norethindrone. After 6 weeks and my 15 minutes follow up I told my clinician that the small benefits I saw have slowly started to regress and I'm where I was before the hormones. With symptoms getting worse on days 2 and 3 of the patch. My clinician is over here googling 1 symptom insisting on either lowering my estrogen dose or asking why can't I just go back on the birth control I was on before where I was having intense menopause symptoms like hot flashes. She then focused on all these natural supplements and hinted that until I've had these symptoms for 3-6 months she wouldn't raise my estrogen patch. After our visit I got a text for all these supplements for me to purchase through Midi's partner full script. So much for a menopause focused company. I now need to try yet another doctor to help me with this.
