Always a pleasant experience! My questions are answered

My clinician was very professional, knowledgeable and listened to me.

I just went for 1/2 of the labs my provider ordered. A general order in the system with no specifics. I called and after I finally got a human they resent the order. Waited longer in the waiting room, finally went back to the room, and the order is a duplicate. The customer experience agent I spoke to was not at fault, he resent as asked. But how can a provider write an order and not specify what it’s for??! Extremely unprofessional, I have zero faith in the order for my imaging and that it will be able to be actioned as is. I used this service for convenience and have wasted 4 hours today with no tests done, not to mention $40 out of pocket for my uber to the facility, 3 hours unpaid time off work and I paid a $93 co pay. Save your time and money!!!!

I am grateful that there are virtural clinics like this. MIDI was really easy to navigate and my PA is really supportive. She didnt dismiss my symptoms, which is a first and i felt like i had a say in my treatment plan.

My provider was so knowledgable and listened to my sypmtoms and based her treatment plan based on my clinical presentation rather than just do labs which are not accurate in this diagnosis. I would recommend Midi Health especially if you have been turned down or you have a provider that doesnt take your sypmtoms seriously!

I'm so glad I decided to give Midi Health a try. Navigating hormonal changes can be frustrating, especially when symptoms start affecting your everyday life. I still have symptoms we're working on, particularly brain fog and fatigue, but I appreciate that my concerns were taken seriously and that my treatment plan was adjusted based on how I've been responding. I recently had my follow-up appointment, and I left feeling encouraged about the next steps in my treatment. I know this is a process, and I'm still early in my journey, but it's reassuring to feel that we're working toward finding the right balance rather than simply accepting symptoms that affect my quality of life. I'm grateful I found Midi Health and look forward to continuing my care.
