I am so impressed with this company and with my clinician in particular! She is extremely knowledgeable, kind, patient and helpful. Because of her, my menopause journey has become easier and I feel seen and understood for the first time. The entire process has been excellent and I couldn’t be more grateful to have found my clinician and MIDI!!

During the appointment my clinician really listened to me, explained treatment thoroughly, prescribed medication, and set up a follow up appointment. I received prompt, comprehensive care, felt respected, and at ease. Seriously, my clinician is so personable! With two appointments under my belt, I have no qualms recommending Midi to other women seeking help with Perimenopause symptoms.

Midi is the absolute best in women’s health care. They have an easy platform to navigate and every NP I have worked with is 10+++ stars 🌟.

I wrote the below review that was a one star and was quite upset. But Midi has not only replied here to try to address my concerns but also finally reached out to me with a real person by phone and email and resolved my issues. They were very professional and explained what caused my issue which was more due to my misunderstanding. I have just started with Midi so I am looking forward to receiving their products and hope that they are as good as their customer service. Original review: "I just spent $250 for an appointment to get one specific treatment. The Clinician put in the wrong prescription and there is no way to reach anyone to correct this. Only an AI that doesn't understand or can officially correct this issue. So I don't even have a way to get my $250 back. No one is responding to my numerous emails or on line requests! DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MIDI!!!!"

This was the first time in over a decade that I felt understood and not gaslit by Western Medicine. I was able to express all of my concerns, medical history, reservations, and symptoms. The provider, Katrina Armstrong, discussed in great detail the options for help, what to expect, the types of red flags to be aware of, and had strong recommendations for treatment and blood work, etc. I felt seen and heard. I also walked away with clear treatment plan and follow up. Amazing for women. Thank you.

I felt very heard by the doctor and her recommendation of adding Testosterone to my treatment has made a huge difference for my quality of life. For 2 years I felt like my motivation had disappeared. Now it is back! It is amazing.

This company claims to holistically treat women for women related issues- mainly with hormonal issues caused by perimenpause and menopause. The company in reality seems like it saw a gap in health care and how they could make the most money. They have some generic info on their website and send you blog-like email content. Appointments are 15 mins long. They ask very few questions about you or your health before pushing for HRT. That is what the appt is about. If you are reluctant because they didn't have time to read your health history, ask many questions, or discuss side effects, then they may switch at the end to supplements to try. (Which they unsurprisingly also sell.) I had 2 appts with one of their providers. What this company is good for: If you are in perimenopause or menopause and have done your research on HRT and know that you want HRT then it is easy to get an appointment and a prescription written. If you are a person with complicated health problems and wants a more individualized holistic approach like their website claims, this is not a place for that.
