I have a sister with breast cancer. My provider addressed my concerns with getting on HRT. She was able to explain the difference between synthetic hormones and bioidentical HRT. I felt heard and understood!

Appt was fine. But now I’m going on 8 months since my appointment, and still haven’t been reimbursed. Billing office stopped responding to emails or returning calls. Will not recommend MIDI. Update: got a voicemail and an email 9/17. Multiple calls and emails back from me and…nothing. Almost 10 months since appt. Last update: received refund today 11/4/24
